A pork tenderloin tape of around 1.5kg
4 cloves of garlic
A teaspoon of thyme

RECIPE FROM THE LOIN TO THE OVEN:
1.- The first thing is to prepare a majao. Put thyme, rosemary, sweet paprika, chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil in a mortar. We crush it until everything is flattened and integrated.
2.- We put a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking tray. On top we place the loin without chopping. Now, with the help of a spoon, place the majao on the back. Cover it well. Then, we put salt and pepper on top
3.- Close and cover the back with the aluminum paper. You have to leave an air bubble inside so you do not have to "squeeze" it. With which you cover it and close it, it's enough
4.- We put the tray with the loin covered in the oven, preheated to 200ºC. In about 45 minutes it will be cooked.
